Membership Harbour Village Tennis Center

The Harbour Village Tennis Center is a private facility, belonging to the Harbour Village
Beach Club. Hotel guest have free use of these 4 beautiful courts. The Club also welcomes
local players to use the facilities and has created a membership to the Harbour Village Tennis
Center. Tennis Director Elisabeth Vos arranges the memberships and application forms.

New members that live permanently on the island of Bonaire, can choose between a wide
range of memberships, feel free to contact Elisabeth Vos for your questions at : 7008282 or
09-565225.

Choices are :
* day membership ( from 7am - 5pm) Nafl 50.00 per person per month
* full membership ( from 7am - 10pm) Nafl 100.00 per month
* 55+ membership (discounted full membership) Nafl 75.00 per month
* family membership ( family members living at same home address) (Price varies)
* youth membership ( under 18 years old, upon acceptance) Nafl 25.00 per month

Discounts apply for 6 months and 1 year payments from 1-3 free months of tennis.

The Harbour Village Tennis Club membership fee can be paid as follows:
* by Standing Order from your bank,( for monthly payments)
* by transfer , check or cash ( for 6 months or 1 year in advance, discounts apply)
* by Credit Card authorization

Tennis Membership- Application Form

LIABILITY RELEASE

I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Harbour Village Tennis Center and any of their facilities and any
privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of the risk of possible injury. I hereby
accept any and all risk of injury to myself, my guests and family members sustained while using the facilities or
involved in any event or activity incident to membership. This includes any and all travel risk incurred while
traveling as a member of any team established or managed by Harbour Village Tennis Center. In accepting this
risk of injury I understand that I am relieving and will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Tennis Center and its
employees, Harbour Village Property Management and any of its partners and affiliates, their officers, directors,
employees, agents, members and management for and from any and all loss, cost, claims, damages and
liabilities for property damage, personal injury or death arising from or connected with the use (whether proper or
improper) of the club facilities and equipment by the undersigned and/or my family members.

It is intended that this disclosure shall constitute a good, sufficient and complete defense against action which
might be brought by the undersigned or any guest/family member or anyone acting on his/her behalf against any
of the above mentioned entities.

Every effort will be made to ensure our members safety.

MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE

I understand that this application for membership will not be acted upon unless fully completed and signed.
Membership is contingent upon the payment of the initiation fee and the completion of the Membership Payment
Plan.

This Application for membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bonaire
without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.

Upon signing this agreement I indicate that I understand and accept all of its provisions and contents.

I understand and have a copy of all rules and regulations pertaining to membership to the Harbour Village Tennis
Center. It is also understood that the membership can be cancelled at any time for any reason or if any of these
rules are not followed by the applicant or any of the applicant’s family members or guests.
