What a tournament!!!!!
It was great, a huge event with participants from around the globe, an audience never seen before, lots of
entertainment, icecold daily Polar Happy Hours, DJ Sedney, Julian's famous BBQ, Foyan Boys and the Kawati
Thrillers , and beautiful matches from early mornings until deep into the night. Pictures and results are going to
be posted on the tournament page.

Men B,C League 2009.
Members of the HVTC as well as all other players from the island and visitors can join the new Mens League. The first round
will be played in April 2009. Both Single and Doubles are played in 2 categories : B & C. Call Elisabeth Vos for your
questions: 700-8282.
The Ladies Team Tennis Competition 2009 started again!!
The Ladies Team Competition started in 2009 in a team format again. Teams have either two or three players. All female
tennis players on the island are invited to join this competition. There will be a drawing to decide the schedule, and each
team will play 2 games of Singles and 1 game of Doubles. Next date is April 26th from 5-8pm. Please sign up with Elisabeth.
Digicel Youth Tennis Competition 2009
Digicel continues to sponsor the junior island tennis competition!!!! The Digicel 2009 Tournament Ranking will start in
May '09 . Please check the agenda which will be posted early May '09 at the Harbour Village Tennis Center.
Winners of the 2008 Digicel ranking received diploma's and call credit from Petra Kruis, Digicel Bonaire. Winners were
Mitchel de Palm, Ryan Rasmijn, Jevon May, Nigel Tromp, Ruwently Coffie, Michelangelo George, Finn vd Ouweelen,
Charlotte Bottrop, Elise Martinus en Chris Wijngaarden. Congratulations to all of you!
